Conference Dinner
Partners welcome, but first come first served £49 and indicate any food preferences requirements at registration.
Terms and Conditions 1. Those wishing to speak must have registered (and paid) for the conference by 9th May (end of day GMT). 2. Registration covers access to all sessions (except the evening/conference dinner session) teas and coffees and any materials made available at the congress. The definition of LMIC (low or middle income country) can be found on the World Bank site. Students are those not receiving a significant salary AND in full-time education. In fairness to other participants, the correct rates should be used and will be applied - if any doubt please consult us and note that our decision is final. 3. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact the congress secretariat. This may be possible up to 20 April, although additional bank charges may apply, particularly to non-sterling payments. All financial aspects of registration will be handled by Conference Support Ltd and the Paypal portal which accepts a variety of credit and in some countries debit cards. 4. Cancellation of fees before the 1st of April is subject to a 30% administrative change. After the 1st of April no refunds can be provided but substitution with another co-author will be allowed. Registration for speakers and others is on a first come first served basis and in previous years we have sold out several weeks before the conference start so you are advised to register as soon as possible. 5. Refunds of the evening session including conference dinner are not possible. Vegetarian options are available on request and some other requests can be met, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be feasible for the kitchen. 6. We cannot in general guarantee a particular day for presentation, but where this is done there is a £30 charge. 7. A small number of audio or visual records may be made during the event and registration is taken to give consent to this. That said, we shall endeavour to honour any reasonable requests to take down an image used. 8. The academic, industry, LMIC and students rate participants are for participants who want to join our International Health Network and they may receive conference and related information or opportunities to network and an occasional newsletter to which they make contribute news about research or impact activities. Membership is free and open to all with a relevant professional interest. Data is shared only with conference series partners (not other bodies such as commercial organisations or publishers) and it is possible to leave (unsubscribe) the network at any time. If you do not wish to be part of the network, please just select the rate for non-members. |
