Frequently Asked Questions:

Are there any grants for attendance in the conference or for delegates who give an oral or poster presentation?

Unfortunately the International Health Conference is unable to provide any grants or subsidise those presenting/attending the conference.

Once I register, will I receive a confirmation of my registration by the organisers, in addition to the PayPal confirmation?

No, the standard protocol is that the PayPal confirmation is usually sufficient to confirm conference registration. However, if you are require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please email theofili.kampianaki@wolfson.ox.ac.uk

How do I pay the registration fee via a direct bank transfer? How much is the bank fee?

To pay via direct bank transfer this will incur an additional £20 to cover the bank fee. If you wish to pay via bank transfer an invoice will be created for you. Please send the following information to theofili.kampianaki@wolfson.ox.ac.uk:

- Number of participants registering and registration type required (e.g. student/private sector/academic etc)
- Full name and institution
- Email and postal address
- Whether or not you wish to attend the conference dinner (£49 per delegate)

Is it possible for two speakers or more to make a joint presentation?

Yes, this is possible. Both speakers will need to register for the conference. In addition to this, please send an email to theofili.kampianaki@wolfson.ox.ac.uk with the second speaker’s details and the abstract number so that this can be included in the programme.

When will the programme of the conference be available?

The conference programme will be available by the 1st June. This will include the times of abstract presentations and keynote speaker talks. Please ensure that if your abstract has been accepted, you have registered prior to the 10th May.

Will attendance certificates be available to those who attend the conference?

Yes, these will be available after the conference and will be sent to the registered delegate’s email address.
